The COVID-19 pandemic has been cause for concern in all aspects of life, in particular when travelling owing to the ongoing possibility of lockdowns and quarantine. We recognise that in these volatile circumstances, our prospective guests deserve peace of mind in knowing that if a direct booking cannot be fulfilled due to COVID policies, it may be cancelled with no charge. Furthermore, contactless check-in is available on request if you would prefer to minimise contact. For questions or concerns related to either of these policies, please do not hesitate to contact us at +61 35382 4691 or via email at stay@townhousemotorinn.com.au. Bookings made through external agents (Booking.com, wotif, etc.) are subject to these services’ policies and we ask that you please contact these services for inquiries regarding these bookings.
We consider the safety of our guests to be of the highest importance, and this is reflected in the standard of cleanliness we maintain at our facilities, especially in these critical times. Our professional staff are drilled in COVID cleaning procedures, utilising products sourced from the Australian Government Therapeutic Goods Administration and known to neutralise COVID to create the safest environment in all of our facilities, including our outdoor pool area. To further enhance our motel’s COVID safety, guest rooms will be expertly serviced ahead of your stay after which we will only be servicing rooms on direct request. Please contact the front office either by phone or in person to request your room be serviced during your stay.
In the unlikely event that our premises are host to a confirmed COVID case, our thorough preparedness measures ensure the wellbeing of our guests and staff. Per our COVIDSafe plan, all visitors are asked to please utilise the QR-code check-in displayed at our front office or in guest rooms to facilitate prompt notification in the event of potential COVID contact, and to observe density quotas and individual distance requirements where they are outlined by our helpful indicators to minimise the chance of transmission.
