The following Terms and Conditions apply to bookings made directly with Town House Motor Inn, either by phone, walk in or the booking on the website. In booking with Town House Motor Inn, you accept these Terms and Conditions.

Terms and Conditions are subject to change without notice.

• Check out time is 10.00am. If you require a late checkout, please contact Reception to request a suitable check out time (subject to availability.) 
• Reception hours are 7.00am to 8.00pm Monday - Sunday.
• Smoking - As we are trying to promote a pleasant environment for all guests, we ask you to please refrain from smoking in the rooms.
• Noise – We ask that you respect other guests by limiting noise made after 10pm.               
• Limited car parking is available (subject to availability.)
